Biography

Irene Lebeter lives in Scotland, near Glasgow. For forty-five years she worked as a secretary, in industry, Civil Service and latterly the NHS. Her childhood love of story writing has continued throughout her life and has led to professional creative writing in her retirement years.

She is a member of two writing groups, Kelvingrove and Strathkelvin, with many attendances at the Scottish Association of Writers’ annual conferences. Her work has featured in the Federation of Writers’ anthology ‘Making Waves’ as well as having multiple stories and articles published in both UK and USA magazines. Her favourite writing genre is the novel.

‘Vina’s Quest’ is her first novel.
